PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE NEEDING TO CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS, THIS CAN BE DONE THROUGH YOUR PORTAL. WE WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO CHANGE ADDRESSES ON YOUR BEHALF. YOU WILL NEED TO SEND US AN EMAIL TO CONFIRM THE CHANGE. IF MULTIPLE ADDRESSES HAVE BEEN ENTERED OVER TIME, MAKE SURE THE DEFAULT SHIPPING ADDRESS IS SET TO THE LOCATION YOU WISH TO USE. OTHERWISE THE SYSTEM MAY AUTO-SELECT A DIFFERENT OPTION.

August and October MMRxMM Boxes
plus Must Go Sale orders
We received the books for our August MMRxMM box in mid October. During our quality check, we noticed that every copy of one book was misprinted. We are negotiating a reprint and hope to have the replacements in a month. We sincerely apologize for this delay, but we love these books and out of respect for you and our authors, we want to send them out in the best possible condition.
Separately, our lead fulfillment coordinator will be out on medical leave from October 28th to mid-December. That means our fulfillment and shipping process will be on temporary hold to allow them much needed time to recover.
With these two unfortunate issues happening simultaneously, the August MMRxMM box and the October MMRxMM box will be shipping in December. Fulfillment of orders from our Must Go sale are temporarily on hold. If you placed multiple orders and received one already, the remaining order will ship as soon as we are back up and running.
We have decided to pause renewals scheduled for November, and will be moving the books selected for December into our 2025 box schedule.
